- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Flyntly is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flyntly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flyntly Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
